It was, however, part of the bargain that the defendant would surrender promptly as the appointed time, and that if he failed to do so he would be sentenced to a maximum term of 15 years. When defendant did not surrender as directed, he was sentenced to a term of 8 1/3 to 25 years. As the sentence imposed did not conform to the terms of the plea bargain, we modify to reduce the sentence in accordance with the promise made to the defendant in exchange for his plea.
